The Chamber & Development Corporation has secured a land agreement near Hershey, Nebraska for the future Rail Park development. The next step moving forward will include environmental studies with TC Engineering of North Platte, Nebraska. The upcoming renewal of the Quality Growth Fund in Novemebr is also imparative to move this project forward.
